Well, if you’re looking for a new home and you are an active adult 55+, you might find the latest project in my web design portfolio somewhat interesting.
Jordan’s Keep -a new community in the Kansas City, MO area- recently gave the go ahead to launch the website representing the development project.
Easy Living Home Features
New homes designed specifically for “easy living” are at the center of this project. Home features include:
- No stairs
- Slip resistant floors
- Elevated outlets
- Lever door handles
- Low threshold
- Lever faucets
These are just some of the features of the well-planned homes in this development by Affinity Development. Be sure to learn more about the Jordan’s Keep community for active adults.

Often times, I deal with clients that are interested in how search works and are willing to listen as long as there is some one to explain it.
Putting the history of Google search into a brief explanation is beyond my capability when you set it alongside the explanation of the very ones that have built Google into what it currently is. Many people have talked about where Google came from, and some try to explain where it is today, however, who better than Google to tell us where they are headed?
That’s exactly what this video was designed to do. The link is posted below and it is from a presentation held on May 16th 2007. Make sure you block out a good segment of time to watch it, it’s pretty long.

Often times, getting high rankings through natural means is a target of many small business owners. They seek out SEO (Search Engine Optimization) methods to improve the performance of their website. The problem is they get bogged down in the details of optimization and want to get black and white rules to follow like a recipe for success. There’s nothing wrong with recipes, but chefs do not count each salt granule they put in the sauce. Search Engine Land has a post this morning on why site owners looking to rank organically shouldn’t sweat the small stuff.

Well, I finally found some time to get the processing script for the contact form written. It’s operable and I can be emailed through the contact page.
I also got the articles section set and now I only need to continue adding articles to it. I have a decent amount of articles I’ve held on to over the years that I plan on adding to the site. When I have the time, that is.
Anyway, nothing really exciting, I just wanted to post about the progress of the redesign. Have a great day !

Vickery Resort decided to flatten and reconstruct its buildings for the 2007 tourist season. Along with the reconstruction of the physical buildings the decision was made to offer an all-new website to promote the remodeled resort.
