Condominium Research ToolWith the real estate market struggling in some areas of the country the need for good research becomes even more imperative. Many online tools have been developed in the past to assist home buyers in finding the perfect home for their situation. And now there is a new tool that will prove to be very beneficial to anyone shopping for a St. Louis Condo.

The site has been live for just about a month and features a very handy set of tools to support a variety of condo searching methods. With its interactive search, a condo hunter can choose a landmark (like Anheuser Busch) and search for condos near that location. Too, the shopper can filter out condos through a number of parameters. This allows for a very thorough look at condos in the St. Louis area.

Branson Carpet Care SpecialistAnother new site launch to announce:

Lakes Area Carpet Care is a Branson carpet cleaners website that was just launched earlier today. This cleaning company is family owned and has been owned and operated by the current owners for over 20 years. LACC (Lakes Area Carpet Care) offers home and commercial services.

I learned quite a bit about carpet care from this site build. One feature I really appreciate is the quick tips box in the right sidebar.

One thing I would recommend, is watching the video that is embedded as well. It really highlights what to look out for when choosing carpet cleaning services.

As for the site design, it was selected by the site owner from a group of four custom designs.

The purpose of this post is to announce a new site launch. One of the latest sites in my portfolio can be found at www.somochoppers.com. This site was designed for a Hollister, MO man that is promoting a recent invention – the kickstand groundbreaker.

The groundbreaker is designed to protect a motorcycle’s battery. On his site, the inventor explains that when a motorcycle is resting on its kickstand, there is a risk of grounding out the connectors and draining the battery. Basically the same effect of setting the battery on the ground. His invention is the cure. By capping the kickstand with an insulator, the connection is broken and the ground is broken. Hence, the name “Ground Breakers”.

The intention of the owner is to expand his site to include other motorcycle parts and even perhaps custom choppers.
