Dynamic Sites and the Advantages

Better still, I've worked on projects where we've set up a dynamic system to import the entire MLS list into a clients website. This service is available through MLS services. Then, a page can be programmed to only serve your listings on a featured page. With this arrangement, you don't even have to update your site, as soon as your property goes into the MLS, your site is updated.
The benefits of going dynamic are about as numerous as the types of individuals with websites.
